Now keep going. Move forward with the intention to breathe a little deeper.  Reconnect and align with your highest self. Choose to be the change you wish to see in the world.

Appreciate what you already have and give thanks in advance for what’s to come. That may seem obvious but it can be tough to do when fears come up. When that happens, I encourage you to stop and say thank you. Accept your humanity as a gift that’s meant to be explored. Put down the judgments and love yourself instead.

Over the next year, I’m going to talk a lot about fear vs. love and how we always have a choice to see a situation differently. How we judge ourselves can sometimes leave us feeling unhappy, especially around this time of year.  To help alleviate any anxiety, please feel free to read my blog about my four un-conventional keys to success. I share the tools that have been instrumental in helping me to find inner peace and appreciate that the process is the path. I invite you to join me in reaffirming the commitment we’ve already made to choosing love.

In this first month, let’s start and end each day with a mantra of gratitude. “I am blessed with everything I need. I am working hard towards the things I want but most of all I appreciate and thank the universe for what I already have.”

Let me know in the comments below how saying these words make you feel.

Have an incredible new year!

I will say that prayer/mantra everyday, as suggested.I can always use more positive affirmations for spiritual growth in my daily life. XO #OneDayAtATime #LifeLessonsThruLiving

I love that! Choosing love instead will be one of the most challenging things we can do at times but also the most rewarding. I'm gonna be with you on this journey. Thanks for your comment Sky.

I am hopeful this year we can work better at being more financially sound. Just enough to be able to afford our bills rather than always fearing that foreclosure or collections will start yet again. I am hopeful to find better venues to help progress my art and writing so that I may help in such a feat that has really just been more of a struggle. Taking things one day at a time per my usual mantra. And hopeful I can help my youngest figure out his issues. Blessings live peace and hope.s.b.
