Now keep going. Move forward with the intention to breathe a little deeper. Reconnect and align with your highest self. Choose to be the change you wish to see in the world.
Appreciate what you already have and give thanks in advance for what’s to come. That may seem obvious but it can be tough to do when fears come up. When that happens, I encourage you to stop and say thank you. Accept your humanity as a gift that’s meant to be explored. Put down the judgments and love yourself instead.
Over the next year, I’m going to talk a lot about fear vs. love and how we always have a choice to see a situation differently. How we judge ourselves can sometimes leave us feeling unhappy, especially around this time of year. I share the tools that have been instrumental in helping me to find inner peace and appreciate that the process is the path. In this first month, let’s start and end each day with a mantra of gratitude. “I am blessed with everything I need. I am working hard towards the things I want but most of all I appreciate and thank the universe for what I already have.”
